Let's explore humanity making a quantum evolutionary leap. With this leap let's explore humanity evolving so that the issues we face today will not be issues for the next evolution of humanity. Let's explore being free of issues, by living in a world where those issues do not exist. For example, money issues, healthcare issues, energy issues, hunger issues, climate issues, national issues (this is my country and that is your country), power and war issues and more. Let's explore an evolution of consciousness that includes everyone and this evolution of consciousness is occurring right here, right now.

Have you noticed that children endlessly question until questioning slows to a trickle? As we enter most education systems, we are rewarded for giving what is considered the answer or the right answer. That is the disturbing part; the idea there is only an answer, only a right answer.

I wanted to explore questioning, asking questions without needing to have or expecting to get an answer or answers. I would search for new questions and new ways of phrasing questions. One question leads to another question, to another question without end, without conclusion. It feels freeing not to have or need an answer. These would be open-ended questions. Questions that would allow us to see things differently. Questions that would open our consciousness to leap out of problem/solutions consciousness. These are questions without right or wrong answers or yes or no answers. Asking different questions or asking the same question differently then would allow to see things differently. As we see things differently we open ourselves to new states of consciousness and so make room for an evolution of consciousness. What does this mean to you? What does this mean to humanity?

Humanity has made many discoveries when a person, or people, looked at the same thing as everyone else and saw it differently. Humanity has made many discoveries when a person looked at the same thing as everyone else and asked a different question or the asked the same question in a different way. What is something or a situation you can ask an open-ended question about, right here, right now?

So, the question is "In what ways can we awaken our collective genius?".

In quantum mechanics, the electron is in one orbit and then in another without any path connecting the two points. If there is quantum thinking, then maybe it also has this quality. Our consciousness can be here and then there without any path connecting them.

Let’s explore problem/solution consciousness. We are familiar with the phrase "If you are not part of the solution then you are part of the problem." If as Einstein said, we cannot solve the problem from the consciousness that created it, then it may be time for another consciousness. This does not mean we have to give up the problem/solution consciousness anymore than we discard a screwdriver to get a hammer. It simply allows us to have a bigger toolbox. The saying goes "Use the right tool for the job". Perhaps we can select consciousness states in a way similar to how we use tools. We are doing this all the time anyway as we jump from car driver to husband, wife, father, son, mother, daughter, advisor, doctor, patient, client and on.

So, problem/solution is just a consciousness state amongst an infinite number of consciousness states. In seeing it that way, it came to me to leap to or be in a collective question(ing) consciousness. I feel this type of open-ended, endless questioning with no need for, or expectation of, answers awakens the/our collective genius. Right here, right now, might be a really good time to awaken our collective genius. A new consciousness, without a path connecting the current and new consciousness may be the way to be in a world where our issues do not exist.
